Iowa Starfall Ball FAQ’s

1. What is the age requirement? You must be 18+ at the time of the Iowa Starfall Ball. ID's and bags will be checked at the door by security. 18-20 year olds will not have wristbands.

2. Will food be included in my ticket? Night Court themed hors d'oeuvres will be served buffet style with general admission and VIP will have access to a private room of hors d'oeuvres.

3. Is alcohol included in my ticket? The Dusk Court 18+ will not have alcohol included in tickets. The Court of Nightmares is 21+ and includes 1 drink ticket for alcohol. Cash bar available. The Court of Dreams is 21+ and will have 2 drink tickets. Cash bar will be available after that for 21+.

4. What is the attire? This is a formal event: ball gowns, cosplay attire and costumes. Absolutely no jeans, sneakers, and casual street wear. 

5. Can I bring my cosplay weapons? Absolutely no real weapons of any kind. You may bring plastic themed swords. 

6. Where is the parking? There is free parking in the parking lot and streets by the Saints Center.

7. Does the bar take card? The bar will take cash and card!

8. Will the market vendors take card? Yes they will!

9. Will there be security at the ball? Yes! There will be security all night.

10. Will there be a coat and bag check? Yes! Security will be monitoring it all night.
